I’m Scott Musa. I’m an associate athletic
director here at Shenandoah University. Well when I first came to Shenandoah I
was just out of college, twenty-two years old, and I’ve learned so much about
intercollegiate athletics during my time here. When I took on the associate AD
role my job was to help our coaches be as successful as possible. At Shenandoah I watch our student-athletes get involved in all aspects of the university life. I’ve seen everybody grow.
It’s amazing to see the transformation and our students from day one until the
day they graduate, how much they’ve matured and they’ve become these people
that are ready to go out there and be leaders in society. Our mission is make
them better students better athletes a positive member of society who’s going
to have a very positive impact. Our student-athletes are natural leaders and
they’re competitive so they want to go out there and they want to win and that
doesn’t just mean on the court or on the field they want to win in everything
that they do. Now I’ve been here what seems like forever, and the
transformation of this athletic department has been truly amazing to me.
